How pricing works
Local residential moves are billed at a flat hourly rate (truck + crew + insurance + supplies all included). You get the rate in writing before we book, and we never tack on fuel surcharges or stairs fees mid-move. If you’d prefer a flat-rate guarantee for the whole job, we can do that after a quick virtual walkthrough.
Booking your move
Most local moves can be booked with 5–10 days notice. For peak season (May through September), and for weekend dates, 3–4 weeks of lead time is recommended. Send us your move date, addresses and home size and we’ll send a transparent quote within one business hour.
