What’s included in a long-distance quote
Every long-distance flat-rate quote includes the truck, the crew at both ends, all moving supplies (blankets, wrap, tape, dollies), full cargo insurance, fuel, mileage, tolls and bridge fees, mandatory rest breaks under federal trucking rules, and overnight delivery scheduling. The number we quote is the number you pay — period.
Storage in transit
If your new home isn’t quite ready, we offer climate-controlled storage at both ends of the trip. Your shipment is palletized, shrink-wrapped and stored in our secure facility until you give the green light to deliver.
Tracking and communication
You’ll have a dedicated move coordinator on speed-dial throughout the trip. We share GPS truck location and ETA updates daily, and we never relay your shipment to a different carrier mid-route.
